Romsdalseggen

The walk near Åndalsnes that takes the breath away from even the most experienced mountain walker. It offers splendid vistas of some of the wildest mountains in Norway. As you walk along the ridge you have a 360 degree view of Romsdalshorn , Kongen, Dronninga, Vengetindene , and Trollveggen with its shark`s teeth peaks, towards the Romsdalsfjord, and all the way to the Norwegian sea. Experience some of Norway`s most spectacular and easily accessible walking and hiking near Åndalsnes - Norway`s capital of peaks.

Daily bus from Åndalsnes to Vengedalen at 09:30 from July 1 to september 30. Then walk the Romsdalseggen ridge back to Åndalsnes. The hike takes about seven to eight hours.
